GTA 4/IV

gta4 logo

I’m SUPER psyched!! Why? Because Grand Theft Auto 4 (IV) released yesterday (Apr. 29th) and my copies -both PS3 and Xbox360 versions- were prebuy from the RockStar warehouse. I should get them tomorrow afternoon sometime.

I know games like this are frowned upon by fellow Christian brethren but I really don’t mind. I know all the better but my personal view pertaining to people (not only kids) and video games is set in stone: as long as you don’t repeat the words or go out an enact what you see in the game you’re fine.

I may go out to Walmart or Circuity City and get the Brady official strategy guide for the game since I got a $25 refund from books at work, I can spend it!

Aah. Time to get ready for lunch……….. and work. Talk to you later!

Andrew

UPDATE

I bought the strategy guide today but my games are delayed by a day or so…hopefully they’ll still make it sometime tomorrow.

Bored=Coloring

Not quite the “coloring” you’d expect. From WAYY back in high school there was one major (of many sites) that we went to when we were bored. It is “I-am-bored.com” which has hundreds or maybe even thousands of rediculous and often worth-while games.

Anyway, I randomly stumbled upon the game I’m about to explain, but obviously I’ve been up quite a while playing it. haha. I did beat it, but with the help of the YouTube walkthru.

The game is called Magic Pen (it’s basically ten-fold better than the original game Crayon Physics (CP)). It’s objective is simple: you try to get the circle/square to the goal flag(s) in whatever way that works best for YOU…that’s right, you. There’s no set way to do it unless you’re not keen enough to have some common sense. 😉

So I dug around the Net for more info on the original game. I played it and it sux because it only allows square-based shapes/objects only…which is why I like magic pen better. BUT there’s good news (no not the part about saving 15% or more on car insurance by switching to Geico) a new version of CP called Crayon Physic Deluxe will be released “as soon as it’s finished” states the designer on his blog. I’m sure it will have wayyyyyyyy better features and levels from the sample video on his site and on YouTube.

So enough of the blah blah blah, here’s a few links to the game:

Later.

LUVR and LUVR Services

So everyone knows, I have two WordPress blogs with one design (layout). This way I can easily manage them, have unique content on each of them that doesn’t affect the other site, and blog posts won’t be irrelevant to each blog sites.

So yeah, this will be easier to use. Anyone who wants to register at either site, let me know.

Have a great week everyone!

Site Maintenance update

Ok. So I’ve been workin’ on the new blog/site implementation and it’s going pretty smoothly (Lord willin’). I will try now or tomorrow putting it on the root of the website. I hope it works and that it’ll run smoothly.

I gotta loooong shift today so I best get going (probably won’t though.) haha.

 EDIT

Sadly, I screwed up the setup files and had to mess with them for over an hour/half and finally now I get to go to bed. Now wandrewc.com goes to blog.wandrewc.com. This is only because I still need to access my files in FrontPage else the WordPress won’t let me access them.

Again, good night, so long, and ZZZZZzzzzzzzzz!!!!

MLIC and have a great weekend!

Website/Blog Maintenance

Whew! Christians 4 Life recently started a new project called C4L:Overhaul. The project’s purpose is to kind of enhance or remove old feature and things and add in new ones. It’s more detailed than that but that’s as good as I can think of how to explain it. ha-ha.

Anyway, my point for posting wast to let you know that during the C4L:Overhaul project, new ideas were suggested by our staff to try out newer type programs so WordPress seems like a good idea for me for my site. I am a web/graphic designer, but my ideas are slim to none right now so this is a great addition to my site.

My apologies ahead of time for the mess and linking back and forth from the root site to the blog site. I’m trying to decide how to fully setup my site with my own overhaul.

Any ideas be sure to let me know. I needa hit the hay before work.

MLIC (Much Love in Christ),

Andrew
